Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit jangams.com or purchase the Deal Momentum Audit, how it is used, and how long it is retained. This is a solo-operated service. No team has access to your data beyond what is described here.
1. What information is collected
When you submit the intake form to purchase the Deal Momentum Audit, the following information is collected:
- Your name and email address
- Deal-specific details you provide — including deal context, call notes, and follow-up history
- Payment information processed through Razorpay (payment details are handled directly by these processors and are not stored by this site)
This site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the page. Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, time on page, and general location (country or city level). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
2. How your information is used
Information collected through the intake form is used exclusively to:
- Analyze the deal you submitted and produce the Loom breakdown
- Deliver the completed audit to your email address
- Process payment and send an invoice
Your deal details and personal information are never used for marketing, sold to third parties, or shared with anyone outside of the tools listed in Section 4.
3. Data retention
Your name, email address, and the delivered audit are retained for 90 days after delivery. This is for invoicing records and in case you have questions about the audit during that period. After 90 days, your data is deleted.
Deal-specific details submitted through the intake form are not retained beyond the completion of the audit.
4. Third-party tools that handle your data
The following tools are used to operate this service. Each handles data only to the extent necessary for their function:
- Tally — intake form collection (privacy policy)
- Loom — audit delivery via video (privacy policy)
- Razorpay — payment processing for India-based buyers (privacy policy)
- Zoho Mail — email communication and invoice delivery (privacy policy)
- Google Analytics — site traffic analysis (privacy policy)
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to track aggregate visitor behaviour. No other tracking cookies are used. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can disable cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out tool linked in Section 1.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal data — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information held about you.
- India — rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
- European Union — rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- United States — rights under applicable state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where relevant

7. Data security
Reasonable precautions are taken to protect your information. Data is handled through established third-party tools with their own security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Children's privacy
This service is intended for business professionals and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. No information is knowingly collected from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
