This policy explains what information is collected when you visit jangams.com or purchase Performance Gap Analysis, how it is used, and how long it is retained. This is a solo-operated service. No team has access to your data beyond what is described here.

1. What information is collected

When you submit the intake form to purchase Performance Gap Analysis, the following information is collected:

  • Your name and email address
  • Details you provide through the intake form — including your website URL, product access, primary concern, and any optional context such as analytics or session recording data
  • Payment information processed through Razorpay (payment details are handled directly by these processors and are not stored by this site)

This site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the page. Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, time on page, and general location (country or city level). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

2. How your information is used

Information collected through the intake form is used exclusively to:

  • Perform the diagnostic analysis and produce the Performance Gap Report
  • Deliver the completed analysis — report, annotated screenshots, and Loom walkthrough — to your email address
  • Process payment and send an invoice

Your information is never used for marketing, sold to third parties, or shared with anyone outside of the tools listed in Section 4.

3. Data retention

Your name, email address, and the delivered analysis are retained for 90 days after delivery. This is for invoicing records and in case you have questions about the findings during that period. After 90 days, your data is deleted.

Product-specific details submitted through the intake form are not retained beyond the completion of the analysis.

This service is intended for business professionals and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. No information is knowingly collected from minors.

If this policy changes in a material way, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
