Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Performance Gap Analysis offered at jangams.com. By completing payment and submitting the intake form, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.
1. The service
Performance Gap Analysis is a one-time diagnostic review of a single SaaS product's conversion journey — from first visit to first value. Each purchase covers one product, one analysis, and one set of deliverables: a Performance Gap Report, annotated screenshots, and a Loom walkthrough. Multiple products require separate purchases.
The analysis is conducted by Jangam Renuka, a solo operator. It is not a team service, a coaching programme, or an ongoing engagement.
2. What is required from you
To deliver the analysis, the following inputs are required: your website URL, product experience access (trial, demo account, sandbox, or walkthrough video), and your primary concern. This information is submitted through the intake form at the time of purchase.
If the information provided is insufficient to conduct a meaningful analysis, you will be contacted once to provide the missing details. If adequate information is not provided within a reasonable time following that request, the purchase will be refunded in full and the engagement will be closed. Please refer to the Refund Policy for full details.
3. Turnaround time
The 5-business-day turnaround begins once both of the following conditions are met:
- Payment has been confirmed
- All required inputs have been received
The turnaround window applies to business days only. Weekends, public holidays, and periods of unusually high submission volume may extend delivery time. If a delay is anticipated beyond the standard turnaround, you will be notified by email.
4. Delivery
The completed analysis will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address submitted is accurate and accessible. Delivery to an incorrect address provided by you does not qualify for a refund or redelivery.
5. Follow-up window
Following delivery of the analysis, a follow-up window of 5 business days is provided. During this period, you may ask clarifying questions about the findings by replying to the delivery email. This window is for clarification only — it does not constitute an ongoing consulting engagement, and responses outside the scope of the delivered analysis are not guaranteed.
Follow-up requests received after 5 business days from delivery are not covered under this purchase.
6. Permitted use
The analysis is delivered for your personal and internal business use. You may share it with members of your own team. You may not:
- Resell or sublicense the analysis or any part of it
- Publish or share it publicly — including on social media, blogs, or public forums
- Present the findings as your own work or remove attribution to this service
- Use it to build a competing service or product
7. Nature of the service — no guarantees
Performance Gap Analysis is a diagnostic service. It identifies trust gaps, messaging issues, friction points, and value gaps affecting conversion performance, and provides a prioritised roadmap for improvement. It does not guarantee any improvement in conversion rates, activation, or revenue outcomes.
The analysis is based solely on the information and access you provide. Its accuracy and usefulness depend on the completeness and accuracy of that information. No warranty is made that the analysis will be suitable for any particular purpose beyond the scope described above.
8. Scope of the service
Performance Gap Analysis is a diagnostic service only. It does not include implementation, copywriting, design, development, or ongoing optimisation of any kind. Recommendations are provided for your team to act on independently.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jangam Renuka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on the analysis — including but not limited to lost revenue, reduced conversions, or business decisions made on the basis of the findings.
Total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific analysis in question.
10. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a concern about the service or the analysis delivered, please contact contact@jangams.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved directly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting this service may result in the permanent termination of access to any future services offered at jangams.com.
11. Refunds
Refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Confidentiality
Product details and business information you share through the intake form are treated as confidential. This information is used solely to conduct the analysis and is not shared with any third party beyond the tools listed in the Privacy Policy. It is not retained beyond 90 days from the date of delivery.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Purchases made before a revision are governed by the terms in effect at the time of that purchase.
